Our story

Fabian Anjos was born in União da Vitória, Paraná, a small town on the border with Santa Catarina. He grew up in a simple family, but rich in values. Son of Pedro and Vivina dos Anjos, he learned from an early age the importance of hard work and resilience. His father, an excellent builder, struggled with alcoholism, while his mother faced health problems and the financial difficulties typical of a humble family.

Everything changed when faith entered their lives. At the age of 6, Fabian saw his home transformed: addiction was overcome, peace replaced arguments, and even the cancer that threatened his mother’s life disappeared. This experience shaped his childhood, filling it with purpose and hope.

From an early age, Fabian showed an entrepreneurial spirit. At the age of 10, he was selling pastries made by his mother on the streets of the city. In 1998 and 1999, he began to look for work that he often didn't know how to do, but people still accepted him for his determination. For these projects, he always called his friend Márcio Bet, with whom he shared the execution and, together, they learned and grew.

This partnership solidified their friendship and planted the first seeds of the collaborative spirit that would later shape Lux Link Company.

At the age of 15, Fabian left his parents' home to live his mission, which would last 24 years. Working in several countries, he dedicated himself to helping people spiritually and emotionally, always guided by the belief that everyone can change their lives with determination and faith. It was during this period that Fabian met Isabel, at the age of 21. Three years later, they got married in Curitiba, the capital of Paraná. Isabel became his greatest pillar of strength and a companion in purpose, always willing to walk by his side at every stage of the journey.

After 24 years, Fabian realized it was time to rethink his mission. The desire to continue impacting lives remained, but he felt he needed to find a new way to do so. That was when the idea for Lux Link Company began to form in his mind. Isabel was the first person to hear about the project and, with her unconditional support, Fabian decided to take the first steps.

At first, he knew he would need someone he could trust. Fabian sought out Márcio Bet, his old friend and partner in so many past projects, and shared the idea with him. Márcio was the second person to hear about the project, and his reaction was essential in giving strength to the dream. He believed in Fabian's vision and decided to join the journey.

"It had been years since we had worked together, but it was as if time had never passed. Márcio was the friend who was always there at the beginning and, at that moment, he was the right person to continue this path with me."

The beginning was full of challenges. Many partners backed out at the last minute, leaving Fabian and Márcio frustrated and forced to start all over again. In addition, Fabian faced cultural and language barriers. During this time, both he and Isabel worked hard to maintain the family's stability while building the dream of Lux Link. Isabel made deliveries for Amazon and drove for Uber in the freezing Massachusetts mornings, while Fabian dedicated himself to learning and developing the business.

"Isabel never asked me for anything, nor did she discourage me. She would say: 'Whatever you decide, I'm with you.' Even on tiring days, she believed in our dream. A lot of her effort is reflected in this company."

After months of effort, the first victory came: a house to flip. Despite limited resources and difficulties in the process, Fabian knew he was on the right track. He realized that if he faced so many challenges, others could be going through the same. That's when he decided to transform Lux Link into a collaborative community.

Together with Márcio, Fabian began connecting General Contractors, real estate agents and investors, creating a model where each person contributed what they had: money, knowledge or labor. This practical and inclusive approach not only solved his own challenges, but also helped many others start their journeys in the real estate market.

Today, what makes Fabian most proud is seeing how Lux Link impacts people's lives. He believes that business is done with people and that true success lies in helping others grow. More than a company, Lux Link has become a movement of transformation, helping families achieve stability and professionals to prosper together.
